"Love these toppers and it’s the second pair I’ve ordered. The only complaint is that they seem to scratch very easily when cleaning even though I use a specific cleaning cloth. Also I ordered these with the new app and somehow the frame that I own got changed in there so I received the wrong topper. I need the Casper and they sent me the Larkin. I have submitted a request to exchange and waiting to hear back. Other than that I love these toppers"
