When I girst unwrapped them, they appeared to be a reglective gold shade and not yellow at all. But when I paired them with a butter yellow sweater, they came off as yellow. When worn with other colors, the read as gold. I really do like them but wish that a pure yellow frame would be offered. The only one in Murphy, my frame style, that isnt out of stock is this one."
